Telephone & Dial-In Support:

We provide telephone support at a per minute rate from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. daily. We also provide dial-in support with those customers using dial-in software products which allow us to dial-in to view or repair problems, as well as to copy information to repair at our offices. This is a great timesaver, both in travel charges and this kind of work can sometimes be done after hours.
